    What to use to clean fingerprints/Screen on g53jw?

    thread title says it all, id like to know what to use to clean the fingerprints and smudges off my lappy and what is best to use to clean the screen.

    Eyeglass/sunglass cleaner [no ammonia based liquids] and a micro-clear cloth [Sunglass hut has [or used to] the large ones.

    buy lens cleaner from specware shop. use it with microfibre cloth.

    Yup, I use lens cleaner as well.

    They're generally 5$ for a 150ml bottle @ lens shops.

    the lens cleaner worked great for the fingerprints and smudges, are you guys also using the lens cleaner to clean the screen?

    I usually just use a a bit of water and a microfiber cloth

    I use one of the microfiber cloths from Cosco, they are yellow or blue. I spray the lens cleaner on the cloth and then gently wipe the screen. I have only had dust on my screen, I don't ever touch it with my finger or let anyone else either.

    One of pet peeves are screen pointers.
