    Hey,

I want to make sure before I go buying. I have the default 4gb and want to upgrade to 6 or 8gb. I just needed to make sure what type of RAM I need to buy. I think its DDR2 6400... Also can I upgrade it? Im running 64 bit and this site ( Memory upgrades from Crucial.com - Determine My Memory Needs ) says my max is 4gb? Is this true? Sorry Im not that great with comps... Thanks all.

Go to Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more!
That newegg link will take you to their memory finder tool
BAM, that should solve all your problems.

EDIT: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148162 That is the best deal for memory compatible with the g50vt series, 41 dollars for one 2gb stick plus 1 dollar shipping. For your desired 8gb it will come to about 167 USD total that includes shipping and all units are brandnew.

Its more like $167 for 1 4gb... The 2x4gb cheapest one there is $279. I was hoping to spend no more then $180. Oh well... Ill have to hold out for now. Thanks again guys
