I want to buy a 120hz glossy screen for my Asus g750jx, but I do not know where to buy it. Do any of you know where it is sold?

If you are trying to upgrade screen on your non 3D G750jx it is not going to work. On other hand if you have 3d version with matte screen or for some other reason then go for it.

Is there no possible way? I saw a glossy panel being sold for this laptop but only on ebay and the hertz was not being shown.

You can exchange from matte to glossy. But 120hz/3D screens are not compatible with non 3D Laptops as motherboards are different between those models. Actualy motherboards are identical only difference is lcd connectors are soldered on different places betwen 120hz and 60hz.

The laptop has a sticker that says nvidia 3d play with a picture of a monitor in 3D. I think that has to account for something because it says that. The asus g750jh has the 120hz option but I cant find the panel for sale anywhere.

Dont jump your horses yet :) It can simply mean compatible with external 3D screens.
Go into your Device manager and look for 3D vision emitter. If there is non then you have got non 3D model.
