As soon as I got my new G750JX I formatted it, deleted all GPT partitions and recreated normal paritions and installed Windows 7

I found all the drivers for the laptop that are Windows 7 compatible including the new Intel Pilote USB 3.0 PCH 8 Driver 2.5.0.19

The only thing missing is the Sonic Master that I saw was installed on the system when it had Windows 8

Where do I get that from?

    please help

I got the Maxx Audio back by formatting and installing Realtek Audio Driver 6.0.1.6870 [compatible for both Win7 / Win 8]

Simply uninstalling the newere driver, rebooting, then installing the old driver will NOT bring the Maxx Audio back for some reason.

So I took my chances and formatted and installed the original driver mentioned above and now I have the Maxx Audio back and the sound is much louder with better bass!

I wonder why ASUS even bothered with that new driver 6.0.1.6909 it's crap
