Hi I would really appreciate some help with this,I have an asus 3d laptop (53jw-ix) and have been wanting to update my nvidia graphics driver to 267.76. The problem is that there does not seem to be a 3d controller driver which is specifically designated for this version of geforce driver on the Nvidia website. I have previously been using the 266.21 3d controller driver with the geforce driver that I have installed (266.58) - the only other 3d controller driver that I see that might work is the 266.58 - but on the Nvidia website it mentions support for desktop gpus but does not mention mobile gpus. I have been really confused by the whole 3d driver issue!

Use this package for 3d Vision
NVIDIA DRIVERS CD v1.55 (GeForce GPU driver v267.76, NVIDIA 3D Vision Controller driver v267.76) WHQL
We have to wait for them to specifically release those packages unfortunately -
"geforce-3d-vision-notebook-winvista-win7-cd-1.55-whql-driver" - Thanks but when I tried to install the above package, my 3d did not seem to be functioning correctly. I wonder if there is something I missed... I assumed that the package was a bundle which installed all the necessary nividia and
3d drivers at once - or is that not right?
I was also considering trying the new beta (moded for laptops) - 270.51. -
I had the same issue with previous version and apparently the 3d usb driver didnt install properly so, iirc, i had to install it manually.

It appears under USB Controllers in Device Manager screen, so i guess yea it is

Ok thanks a lot - I now have to decide whether to wait for the official 270x release (which apparently makes things a lot easier as everything is contained in one package).

270.61 whql is already out

Thanks I have already installed it and am trying it out.
Which 3d Vision Controller?
