    ASUS G53SW Which ram slots do you install for 2x 4gb kingston 1600mhz ram? i want to run dual channel so does it matter which slot i place the ram in?

    No it does not matter which slot you choose. It will run dual channel in any configuration as long as there are at least 2 sticks.

    Thanks! Yeah i currently have the entire G53SW diassembled. LOL! i love the lappy so far but i must say its a pain the the arsss to install ram LOL!
