    Why doesn't Asus offer prepaid coffers for shipping?

    Is this really their process? you have to ship your laptop at your own expense? I have owned a Dell XPS Gen2 and used numerous HP and Sony laptops at my workplace. I have never had to pay for shipping to process a RMA

    if your a North American owner, ask for 360 service.

    I purchased mine at Best Buy does this 360 service still apply?

    Best Buy laptop owners can go through Best Buy for free, or you can pay for shipping to Asus.

    You have to insist on asus 360. Many reps "don't know" about it.

    I honestly wish I could take my laptop to Bestbuy. I've talked to Geek Squad Simi Valley, CA and Northridge, CA. They both state I need to send it in to Asus.

    I just sent ours today, after tax shipping and materials ( since we dont have the original box) $60 from Los Angeles, CA to Fremont using UPS
