Does anyone else hear something loose when they shake their laptop (with the lid closed) coming from near the subwoofer area? You can only hear it if you shake it like you would a fan. I went to BestBuy and their model did it too.

It is the subwoofer..it is in an enclosure, the enclosure has rubber grommets on all 4 corners, which slide up and down on four posts.
