Hello,
On Wednesday, July the 11th I ordered an Asus G55vw-RS71 completely stock from XoticPC with a debit card. As of this morning I had still not recieved an email from them so I contacted one of their sales associates who said the wire money transfer has not been sent, but I paid with a debit card?. Now they are saying it is going to be 5 days to process it. I expected this laptop to come in this friday for Guild Wars 2 Beta Testing but now that is not going to happen. And they seemed like they didn't know anything about the state of my order. Surely XoticPc is more organized than this. Has anyone else had this same problem. Also they said they have been sending me emails when I have gotten almost no updates (though I don't know what updates they'd be sending me since apparently it hasnt even processed). It just seems like they have no idea has anyone had this same problem with them?

Hi Steve, I am sorry to hear of this. It appears when you placed your order you selected WIRE TRANSFER as the payment option to which we sent you the wire information. Up until yesterday we were awaiting your Wire Transfer. I show yesterday we changed it to your Credit Card over the phone. After your Credit Card was updated yesterday afternoon it was processed and expected to ship the next day (today).
