    What's up Justin or anyone from Xoticpc and Gentechpc, I've always been wondering what happens on the laptops return to you guys within 15 days and not charging restocking fee. I'm just curious because once the box is opened, it is no longer considered brand new so if customers return it within 15 days, and you guys don't charge a restocking fee, don't you guys lose money?

    Where do all these returned laptops go? Do you guys try to resell the same opened notebooks as brand new again or do you guys ship it back to Asus to get a factory brand new replacement?

    If you haven't you would get a faster answer by PM'n them directly.

    Interesting question and id like to know as well. But to remind you as far as an open box goes, opening the box is actually a big part of their business as they dont sell stock laptops all of the time. As reseller's they are allowed to change processor's and etc without voiding the warranty.

    But yeah wouldn't mind hearing on this.
