    Ok so the past 2 days ive noticed my sound is a lil off like ill be watching a movie and the sound will like not buzz but like a weird error sound kinda will go for a sec happens every 5-10 mins any help would be great, i think i seen a post about it in the owners lounge just cant find it and i think it was saying something about a short on the board? idk any help would be great ive already added the realtek custom drivers tried different drivers, was wondering if maybe a driver for the chip set would change anything?

    If you have the drivers disc, I would try to do a individual driver install, checking it after each driver install. This way you can narrow down what it might be. If that does not work, I would try ASUS customer service line:1-(888) 678-3688 (Option 3) (24/7 Domestic Tech Support)

    nah im not gonna do tthe support i kno for sure its the sound card every time i reinstall it and reboot works fine for a day then does the same thing if some one who has this computer and can give me some help id appreciate it

    ok i didnt mean to say for sure its the sound card just when ever i uninstall them and windows auto installs on reboot they work fine for a lil while
