    hi today when i making a usb bootable flash drive to upgrade drivers around 3 mins after it finished, windows just froze and my mouse pointer wouldnt move then i got a blue error screen, is this anything to be worried about?

    What did the blue screen say? I just got my asus and encountered several BSOD's. They got progressively worse. To make a long story short it turned out to be a faulty ram module.

    You'll have to determine if it's a software or hardware conflict. You'll need to research based on the message you get.

    it didnt really stay long, my laptop shutdown after about 10 secs of it appearing, guess best thing i can do is take note of it if it happens again and call asus. cheers.
