Its just that each Hard drive is partitioned in to two drives. Right click 'computer' and select 'manage'. In computer management go to 'Storage' and then 'Disk Management'. You'll be able to see in there how your two drives are partitioned (devided up).

lol yep i see cheers for that

Same thing here, 4 partitions. It's weird cause the demo in the store i bought it had only 2 500gb drives.....
-
its weird coz it only adds up to 909 gb, where has the other 89 gb gone? also anyone know how to check gpu temps etc is there a program on g73 or do i have to download something?
-
2. The difference is because of how manufacturer's represent the disk size compared to how the OS does. MFGRs use base 10 for size while computers use base 2. Basically, take 10% off the MFGR rated capacity (1TB) and you get the actual capacity.
3. Download HWMonitor or GPUz for temperatures. -
no i mean there are only 4 hard disk drives that add up to 909, one that says os 116, two that say sdata both at 232 and one data which is 329, so 116+232+232+329=909 which leaves 89 gig missing, is that where the hidden partitioon is or something?

nevermind just used a program to check evrything out turns out there are 2 500 gig drives just weird the way theyre setup cheers
