So im wondering i have a g73sw-xt1, is it possible to place the screen of the g73sw-3de in my laptop and have the functionality of the 120hz screen along with the 3d vision? I would really like to do this with my laptop seeing as the 120hz screen would be a huge improvement! thanks ahead!

I see that both computer screens are 17.3"; thus, they should physically fit in replacement. So the screen should work for your computer (I'm not sure if your computer will detect the screen out of the box though).
