    what i am trying to find out is. what is the best cpu that will work on the asus g60vx-rbbx05.

    i have a t9800 slges 2.93ghz/6m/1066 but it will not work i guess the bios doesn't support the chip is there any way to get the micro code for the intel t9800

    and add it to the bios my current laptop specs are win7 64bit intel p8400 4g ram cpu id intel64famliy 6 model 23 stepping 6 socket 478

    X9100 would be the best CPU you could use.
