    cant access hidden partition on g53jw !

    hello everyone ,

    when i press f9 on the bootup , there is only windows 7 and mempry diagnostic tool , but i can see th partition when i boot p from windows 7 dvd ....

    what can i do ?

    if i found that partition will i be able to install windows 7 again ? or what ?

    If you haven't hosed your windows install you could use Ai recovery to burn a DVD set.

    You can use a bootloader like GRUB to get to the hidden partition. But that's a bit advanced...

    Or you can use a disk utility like gparted to copy the hidden partition to a USB drive. Then you can boot from the USB drive and do the recovery from there.

    nevermind , solved by ging to f9 then selecting windows 7 , it looks the same , but it goes into repaire mode and i can reinstallwindows.
