Dude did you just invent a word there? :D

This is old skool hardware to be honest and will be out of date quite soon and even if you did upgrade to a Q9000 and two HDD you would still end up coughing up enough to add a little and upgrade to a G53/G73 series.

    Cons:
260M is GDDR3 half the power of GDDR5
    260M is Directx 10 restricted
Mobo will restrict from upgrading to I7 processors
Raid 0 does not compare to a single SSD

Its not worth it unless you have a really tight budget and its being sold for peanuts.

EDIT: Sorry I didnt see that you put ''bought'' oops ignore the above its a great laptop lol. Upgrading to the Q9000 and adding a Raid 0 should help improve performance.

Ps.The rihgt thing to do would be SSD to OS + Momentus XT for the others?

The Q9000 and Raid 0 should be fine and speed things up for sure. I wouldn't recommend splashing out on an SSD if it is just for light gaming and general use. The P7350 is going to slow it down at 2Ghz the 300gb HDD should handle itself just has low storage space.

You will need to confirm exactly what model you have before we can advise on what CPU you need its not something you want to guess with :)

I cannot see that item ^^ Thats up to you however personally no you do not really need an SSD, Raid will be sufficient and cheaper.

It's a little confuse because the mother board is the same for the p7350 and q9000.

if your sticker on your ram says g50 you cant use quads.

if it says g60 it could maybe if says a1 at the end of product code, not confirmed though, i have a1 g60vx.

you get a a12 g60vx also cant use quads.

aww nice t9600 is about the perfect cpu for it, nice stock speed and not to hot also.

p9700 is the best as 28w tdp 2.8ghz, but damn its expensive , so it does not really count :p

i got cheap p8400 locally see if i can get 2.8-2.9ghz or so see if bc2 runs a bit better :p
