I have a 7200rpm (320GB) and a 5400rpm(500GB) HDD can I put these in Raid 0? Will it help speed up my system? (Windows load time and gaming - WoW). When I go into the bios I see both HDD and set them as "RAID" but how do I know if they are really in raid 0? On my desktop computer I have to configure it by pressing F10 to go into the raid manager.

If RAID is enabled in the BIOS setup, you just need to press Ctrl+I right after POST when you see the intel ICH ROM loading. That will let you set up your volumes for RAID.
