    g51jx-x1 - Will Asus allow me to switch because of BSoD's?

    Now, I love almost everything about this laptop. I don't even mind the ultra heat that comes out of the side. It just tells me its doing a very good job of keeping the computer cool.

    What I don't like is constantly getting BSoD's at crucial moment of my usage. Whether I'm gaming, working on an important document, or watching a movie, my BSoD problem seems to continually be on the rise.

    I'm wondering if Asus will allow me to send this laptop and switch it for the g73-x1, along with the price difference the two laptops have.

    Can you give us the BSOD explanation or the code it produces? Without that we can't determine whether it is a software or hardware problem.
