    So, I have the latest BIOS, and i'm still downclocking at whatever temps it used to before the "fix" for some reason... I also idle around 68C... Normal? or should i send it in?

    Now idling at 74*c

    That's a high idle temp, I'd suggest hitting up the owners forum for the g71 for your answers.
