so i'm planning to get the g73jw in a week or so for the sole purpose of playing ff14... but i've read a post in the g73jw review and owner's lounge thread that apparently it also has some stuttering problem....

anyone else has this problem also but managed to fix it?
does the g73jw also need to download/install the BIOS 211/vBIOS etcetc to have no problems?

i know there's already a thread for g73 and ffxiv, but i think that thread's for the g73jh, and as you can see i'm talking about g73jw
if a mod isn't pleased, maybe you can merge the threads together or something

edit: the person in the g73jw owner's lounge thread already replied to my question, mods can close this thread or something

The JW does not need the vbios update....don't do it because you will brick your card as that vbios was for the ATI 5870m and not the Nvidia 460m. It will most likely have its bios up to date when you receive it just check the asus update site once in a while to make sure though. Most problems the jh had are solved in the jw except maybe the keyboard lag...I'm not too sure about the keyboard lag being fixed or not though.
