This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     got a G51JX-X3: How do I flash the BIOS?

    1. I don't know what version I have but I bought this computer about 9 months ago and never upgraded the bios, so I'm sure there's a new version available.

    2. I went to the ASUS support page and downloaded something called G60JXAS208.

    3. I can't find instructions on how to flash the bios from the ASUS website. Their automatic update tool is a joke and I uninstalled it.
