Most gpu's in gaming laptops reach temps of 80-90+ celcius. If you are familiar with downclocking and undervolting, try keeping your gpu below 90 celcius.
The cpu is a different question. When I checked the web for my intel t7300, I usualy found random numbers saying cpu's shouldn't get hotter than 70 celcius. Well my t7300 ran at 80-90 celcius for 3 years and still works (I recently put on some thermal paste and my tremps dropped by 10-15 celcius).

My first one bricked so best buy gave me a new one.

    This one gets sick temps.

    60c on CPU max

On GPU after playing 2 hours of Metro 2033 on high

    TSS0:73.5c
    TSS1: 81.5c
    TSS2: 78c

    I couldn't be more happier :D

Much better temps than my first one, first one would hit 98c playing Metro 2033!

all C2D Cpus have a shutdown temp of 105C and max CONTINIOUS temp of 85.

the Nvidia GPU should be maxtemp of 100-105C and continious of 75-85 as the 240 and 280 are, I have never dived through the specs that deep in the 260 as dont have one.
