also will i be able to play 3d if i buy te glasses ?

and also the most most IMPORTANT thing is.

You won't be able to play games in 3D I think... you need a specific GPU card for 3D ,from what I remember, maybe I wrong.

    Edit:

About the replacing part, if you have a warrenty, don't. If you don't, wait for another comment :) I know how to do with Dell and MSI, I have no idea about Asus.

I don't think so... you need specific GPU card, I checked prices and the different between a normal laptop w/o 3D and one with, is like 300~500$... screen can't be cost like 300$, so I'm not sure. if you have a warrenty, then don't try it. when you open the laptop, the warrenty will be expired. I don't think they will replace it for you, even if they can replace, they won't take your screen, you will have to pay for them for the screen (=more money), but as I said, I don't think Asus will do it.

If you upgrade the screen, make sure you also get the proper LCDV cable. You'll also need to get an external 3D emitter and glasses. Otherwise it will work fine.

ok nevermind, i called asus and they said that if you didnt drop it or something like that, it is okay we can replace it for you for free :D and the shipping for free too 2-way. !

that is so awesome, i didnt send anything for asus before, and they look great.

also they told me it is recommended to return (ram ssd wi-fi card to its default)

but i find it a big problem, i guess i will remove the ssd and wi-fi and 1 4gb stick (the easy access part) and the other 8gb ram i will leave it.

because they will only change the screen right ? :)
