    Very simply.

Get the Vbios you want to update ready in Rom form ie named 5870M.Rom. If you need to download the latest then use this one which is .93 OD2.

Create a bootable USB stick which is healthy and clean to format into FAT format by using the HP utility and selecting create an MS dos startup disc and selecting the boot files which you download from here.

Copy the 5870M.Rom file and also the ATIFLASH file to the USB stick.

Restart the computer with the USB stick in a USB 2.0 slot.

Hit esc and select the bootable usb drive until it is ready at C:\

    Type: ATIFLASH.exe -p -0 5870M.Rom

    Flash at your own risk.

1st you will need to use RBE Editor to do that and its on the second page of the program to change your clocks and then you can save a new Vbios
2nd It does not make a difference
3rd Yes with RBE editor but make sure the clocks are stable first before editing them.

The fan speed cannot be adjusted along with the Voltage the only thing you can really change without modding is the clocks and a few other minor details which will not help your overclock.

If you want to run the fans at 100% you can either using R&W everything or by cutting the blue cable on the fan itself. I would recommend R&W if you intend to however.
