    Hi Everyone. My recent purchase a refurbished G73JH-RBBX05 is displaying : cannot start device(code 10) on intel management engine interface(MEI). My current bios is 211(came with the laptop) and I've updated everything. I've downloaded the files regarding Intel MEI off asus's website but it fails to install. I came across a post on the internet which directed me to access AMI bios through ctrl+P but I couldnt access it . I would appreciate if anyone would give me a hint or two on how to fix this problem and if its something that I should worry about and should I send the laptop back for a refund? Thanks in advance!

    1st: Don't double post. Since they're not exactly the same, I'm assuming it wasn't a problem hitting post twice.
    2nd: You have to force update chipset drivers, if you read the instructions from the intel site, you'll see what command line options are required (i forget what they are)
    3rd: the bios is accessed by f2, I think. I always just hammer on escape until I get the boot selection menu, then I choose the option that says "load setup"
