The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    It does look like a good deal, but I've heard a lot of report about overheating.

    1920x1080 resolution on a 15" monitor? u are gonna need such a high dpi setting to be able to read anything that any application not designed for adjustable dpi´s like many older websites or programs are gonna look like total cr@p.

    other than that, it sounds like a very good deal in terms of bang for bucks.

    Not true. I've had no problems with applications or web sites on mine. IT nicely fits a two-page layout in Word or Acrobat, or a document and a browser window side-by-side.
