I got this laptop about two months ago. I usually use it with plug-in, and also with battery in it. Last week when I was using it without plug-in, it suddenly shut down. From then on, without plug-in, my laptop can no longer start up. With plug-in, my laptop can work, can detect the battery, and always report the battery is fully charged. I don't know if I can do something or I need to send it back. Thanks for any suggestions.

You have a 1yr warranty on that battery, so I would suggest you RMA it.

You can call (888) 678–3688 to set one up, or take it to a local ASP if one is available.

Or you can PM me your personal info, model type, and serial number, and I can get your RMA set up.

    Your case # is 1586981 .
