    Dear Amigos

i have question. I realise that mentioned problem mabe is not very good in this forum , but problem occured with G73JH and required hardware reset. However the fault as i think WAS NOT on the side of laptop below i 'll try to explayn the problem ind i would like to ask you in anybody had the same problem.:

I have PQI Inteligent stick pendrive . When i am entering it into USB port - just before i'll even enter it - the computer is being HARD CRUSHED- i mean that my laptop required hard reset. I know (or assume ) that mentioned problem is not fault and it is not specific to G73 JH because the same simptom i had on my computer in office ( with that difference that it was desktop pc and doesn't required any special resseting procedure). I repeate that simptome occured JUST BEFORE entering the pendrive to port. When i saw closely that pendrive and compared it to usb plug of mouse or other - i saw small metal part in front of the plastic USB "tongue" which was not existing in the mouse USB plug or others . I thinh that it is being enterred ith a wring angle it may couse SHORT in the usb port.

    i have few questions:
    1) what you think about the problem ( despite the fact that it is posted in the not correct forum)?
    2) have you ever had mentioned problem with PQI inteligentstick?

    thanks
    FILIP
