I am not a big gamer or even PC savvy anymore. The first Battlefield game I bought was BF3. I have the Asus 73sw. I put all settings on medium and was good to go for BF3. I wanted to buy Diablo 3 but never did from the awful ratings I read. One of my friends just started playing Planet Side 2. I want to check it out. Would my laptop be able to handle it? Obviously I would put everything on low, but if the maps are enormous and full of even more people I dont see this working. An additional concern is BF3 has gotten slow for me. I did add a monitor to my lappy but I only play BF3 on the lappy screen, but I think my resources are still being drained from the dual monitor setup. I had to lower all my settings and when there were big open scenes with smoke and explosions, it still slowed a bit. Even if I take away the monitor and solely have my laptop good to go, is there a way to squeak it out? I have that 460m card. I know it sounds paltry but I know nothing about pcs anymore. Can I overclock the 460m to make this work? WHere I am dually concerned is Nvidia updated drivers to the card would work better with BF3. That never happend for PS3. That makes me think I need hardware above and beyond. Thanks for any input

Planetside 2 is very processor heavy. You might not get great frame rates in all circumstances, but most other people aren't, either. You'll actually be pretty well off if you have a fast clocked i5/i7.
