I have uploaded a screen shot of HWinfo showing 3 of my GPU heat sensors being 10 degrees C higher than one of them. I was just wondering if this is a problem, if I should repaste my graphics card or just forget about it.

It's normal that the MemIO is always higher than the other 2, but 10°C seems a bit high.. Could be that at the spot of the sensor the paste has more degraded..
Can you give us some more info, like what were your clockspeeds, and were you doing something graphicly intence like gaming ?
If your temps reach above 95°C I strongly suggest you repaste your machine, or let it be done by a local shop.

my clockspeeds are the factory standard (700/1000) I think. I was running MSI Kombustor at the time. The highest my temps ever get are 94C unless I put the vents directly over my legs then it'll get a little higher.

Also, if you didnt update ur vbios yet, I suggest you do that as well, follow this link to the vbios section:

I'd even say below 100 is fine. Chastity has something in her sig about her opinions, and so do I

also, my idle GPU thermal diode temp is 67C when I've got the laptop on my lap. Is that high? because it seems like everyone else has a idle temp of like mid 40's. Right now, I've had my laptop on a table for like 10 minutes and its at 64C and I have not played any videos or games or anything that should have used the graphics card.

I've got a 58-60 degree idle temp, so does CrappyAlloy, and we've both got professional quality paste jobs. Yours may benefit from a repaste, but I doubt asus will do it, since your laptop isn't shutting off from overheating.

Mine idle's around 46°C right now, but there are a lot of variables you gotta take in mind. Like what the temperature in your room is, what your core & memory clocks are, and what your voltage is. I used to have 60°C at idle myself, but when i downclocked to lets say 400/1000 it cools down to 54°C. I'm also using a notebookcooler, which takes some degrees off of that ^^. When you update your vbios with Chastity's vbios, your core&memoryclocks will automaticly change depending on what you're doing on the machine.
