currently i have a g71gx and i installed a second hard drive on it to store extra data.
sometime in the near future (hopefully) i should be getting a g53jw, and would like to remove the second hard drive with all my data from the g71 and install it in the g53jw. when i do this, will the drive just 'plug and play' since it was all set up on my g71 with ntfs and all of that for use with windows 7?
is there anything special i'll have to do? or does it need to be formatted to be installed in a new computer?

thanks for the responses in advance.

As long as no programs are installed on that drive (just data - documents, musics, photos, etc) you should be fine.

    Cheers,
