I see that the 750jh is in raid 0 with the ssd. I want to reformat the drive and remove those partitions and to make it just one partion. I am wondering if i can use a oem win8 that I have to install windows and use my notebooks win8 product key with it or will i have to burn an iso from ms to do this?

You should be able to delete any non system partition and extend your primary one.
