hello everyone, it was so foolish from me to clean my lcd screen with water and a napkin and as a result, i got 2 dead/stuck pixels in my screen after 15 min of cleaning the screen.
so my question is that is there a way to remove these dead/stuck pixels ? and what are the chances ?
it is DARK the color of the pixel so i guess it is a dead pixel more than stuck pixel. i tried putting some pressure on it and stuff like that but with no luck.
i just want to remove it. it is so annoying especially the one in the middle. ....
please help ?

On my old tv screen I managed to get the dead pixel to show up again by cleaning it and massaging it with my finger under a thin piece of cotton cloth.
You can use this Dead Pixel Locator software to make it clearer if you need to. -
for how long i should be ''messaging'' it ?
and should i ''message'' the area around it ? or only on the dead pixel ?
thank you. -
Just gently massage around the dead pixel and see if you can get it to become light again. As long as you dont press too hard you shouldn't do any damage. -
yy thats what i meant massagin it XDDD also it is extremly annoying ! it is in the middle ! do you think i have a chance to remove it ? i mean will it be evantually fixeD?

this is a new lcd screen i replaced my old one 1 week ago (was scratched)
and i paid $214 to asus to replace it(because the damage was made by me).
so now it is a new one and with dead pixel so annoying .... -
ok i did ''massaging it'' for like 5 times and no luck.
youthink if i keep doing it it will go away ? -
please ?help ?

Since the cleaning induced the stuck/dead pixel it could be reactivated by persistent quick changes of color and brightness.
Try this utility on that area of your screen where the dead pixel is located.
