hi guys, so my G73SW-A1 is back from ASUS service center, and now my GTX460m is 192bit ( it was watered down to 128bit but vga is fine no defect but i complain it cos i buy A1 which is 192bit )

but now my LCD got serious error. before it went to service center, my LCD CMO1726 CHI MEI pixel is really dense in full HD.

but now it has vertical stripes effect, so every single pixel is really visible to eye

black lines in pixel, it is more like "800x600 pixel effect" (pixel is heavy and not dense) in fullHD resolution(1920x1080),

and its like pixel got shifted, in really small lines/text, sometimes black become reddish/greenish.

and color seems cant reproduce 32bit( setting is in 32bit but colors has really bad transitition like it is in 16bit color ) real BAD COLOR BANDING

it affects whole screen but bcome very2 visible when LCD display anything that has RED hue and become "correct/less visible" when display anything thas has BLUE hue.
i attach gradient which my LCD will display it correct and very dense, and other gradient where my LCD will show very bad striped black effect.
here i photograph it, you can see it in "O" symbol(red hue). and Ps symbol (Blue hue)
and i try to reproduce it in photoshop, what is like, right is what you see in your normal monitor, left is photoshopped, for you all too see what effects look like
oh! and if your G73 ASUS logo in POST screen is DENSE (pixel), MINE got stripped black vertical all over asus logo(so it is like Low resolution BIG PIXEL effect)

my question is. is this my VGA/ MY LCD?
so the problem appears after ASUS change my VGA
(seriously ASUS in my country is not proffesional, they send my units back with this kind of error??are they BLIND or what?!)
i really hope this is not my LCD bcos i love contrasity of CMO1726. and i dont know what LCD, ASUS will replace it.

i try to connect my G73SW with my samsung monitor using that blue connector (near AC ports). all problem dissapear in my samsung monitor. (but still my CMO1726 still got the problem
is there any chance that ASUS did not correctly connect LCD cable in my G73SW? or is it VGA Defect? or is it LCD hardware failure

is there any way to troubleshoot this to see what cause this error(not properly connected cable/vga defect/lcd defect)
    thanks

check the nvidia app and the current refresh rate. It should be set to 60Hz, and it looks like it's currently doing interpolated. (It may be at 1080i instead of 1080p)

its 60 hz. is there any way to know what produce this error? i really hope its just cable. when i connect it to another monitor using blue port near AC, it is properly displayed. does it mean my VGA is ok? (no striped vertical effect, no banding, no error, etc showed in another monitor via "blue port near AC")

If an external display works fine, then it's probably not a faulty GPU. The problem either lies with settings, LVDS cable or the LCD panel itself.
