I think they did it wrong.

Dragon age 1920x1080, all Maxed: 91c
    SC2 1920x1080, all maxed: 95c
    Crysis Warhead 1920x1080, high: 96c
    Just Cause 2 1920x1080, all maxed: 90c

Alternatively, if there's a way to force the fan to 100%. I'm all ears.

No need. If they're under 100C at full load, it's not worth the work or risk. :)

And the fan goes to 100% at 94C or so on mine.

Agree with Yuxi here. For a beast such as the 5870, anything under 100C should be expected if your pushing it near 100% capacity utilization. Reapplying the paste can be tricky, just look at what happened to one of our resident experts ;)

Furmark I max out on 79c. Maybe I got a better gpu, or maybe the fan is better than sager 8760, but I don't know. 95c is high and I wouldn't be surprised if there was throttling. Problems such as these that you are encountering is why I returned the G73 and got the sager instead...just easier to tweak stuff if necessary. Hopefully Asus's next model, G74? will make it mod friendly. If I got it from Best Buy I would of gotten the extended 3 year warranty.
