I have a G74S and I see that Nvidia has a new GTX 680M graphics card. Also Intel 3rd Gen Core i7-3610QM? And also how easy will it be? I love on-line gaming especially "World of Tanks"

Forget about it, G74SX has its GTX560M soldered to the motherboard, GPU upgrade is impossible due to this, your G74SX is bound to it. Your best bet is probably just buy a new laptop.

Not 100% sure, but as far as I'm aware it's not possible to use a Ivy Bridge in Sandy Bridge laptop (unlike desktop versions). And as mentioned above the GPU in G74SX is not replaceable. Overclocking the GPU is pretty much all you can do to increase gaming performance. CPU upgrade will not help much because GPU will bottleneck it most of the time in games.
