some questions about Asus G73SW-91136Z !!!

Hi,

I was hoping If someone could shed some lights on the following questions as I i am planning to buy this laptop, I would greatly appreciate your help if you can plz.

a) How is the asus screen in terms of brightness when in 3D mode?

b) How durable is the rubbery material on asus G73 laptop, does it get worn out easily?

c) Is the HDMI port 1.3 or 1.4 ??

 

A) Screen is really bright as all ive heard is good things about it, its a LG phillips panel, not sure on the exact model number though.

B) Seems to be holding up, have had mine for a little over 2 months, and nothing is getting worn out on me. I do move it around a lot, so it is getting its fair share of use, as well as it is my main comp, so i am constantly on it. However, with SW model still being quite new, a JH/JW owner will be more qualified to talk about wear and tear of the laptop that comes with age.

C) It is 1.4.

No obvious sings of wear on mine after carrying it 5 days a week after a year. There's one or two scratches but they don't really show up.
