i have a g73jh and a im happy with it but. . . i have some questions to g73jh users.

1 - when i open the lid sometimes makes a sound like "toc toc" (when is almost in 90-100º)

2 - when i close the lid near base it makes the same sound (it happens sometimes too)

3- sometimes when i press spacebar key i hear a little sizzle. . . :/ and only happens in this key, is normal?

    4- in occt test 5870 reached 103ºC. . . .

    it´s is normal or not?
(if happens in more g73jh that should be normal lol.....)
my g73jh was made in april 2010

    ;)

None of these happened to me, especially the high temperatures even in intensive games.

Sounds like it's just the hinge to me. The spacebar sizzle is more troublesome- you may have a short in the keyboard.

What level of shaders were you using? OCCT can get the GPU to go much, much higher than furmark. Realistically, you'll *never* see a game stressing your gpu the way OCCT does on high settings (you will see games that stress it the way furmark does, though).

So 103 is actually quite reasonable if you had all the settings up high, because OCCT is a monster.
