It is the ATK ACPI driver that you need or the ATK package as it's called for more recent models.

actually i found this elsewhere and it works
1. Go to your start menu and within the search box, type task scheduler. 2. Click on the result to open it. 3. On the right side of the window, which is the Action panel, click on Create Task... 4. Name your task to anything you want (ex. HControl) 5. In the Security Options panel, check Run with higest privileges. 6. Go the Triggers tab, click on the new button near the bottom of the screen. 7. In Begin the task, choose At Startup. Click OK. 8. Now, go to Action tab, click new. Find Hcontrol.exe and click ok. 9. You can finish Create Task by clicking OK. Now, no UAC prompt will appear at startup. Additional notes: Hcontrol trigger can fail from time to time, especially during resuming from hibernation. To minimize this error, before you finish Create Task, go to the Settings tab, and check the following boxes: "Run task as soon as possible..." and "If task fails, retry..." uncheck the box "stop the task if it runs longer than.
