by 0.77 MHz you mean 0.77GHz, is that right?
Does it automatically switch to power saving profile, wherein it may use the lowest possible processor speed maybe?
Throttlestop would greatly help you in establishing your own processor profiles and just using the balanced state for windows, and thus having more control over throttle behavior, low-power states, etc.

That kind of keyboard issue sounds almost like you have a defective keyboard or something. Unsure what to advise you about that.

Maybe return the laptop or send it into service for repair?

thanks for supporting me mate , well ya i meant 0.77GHZ , its not switch automatically to power saving , i modified it with balance and high performance but nothing changed , im afraid to use Throttlestop cause of thing i've heard abt damaging the battery , and btw my laptop's Bios v 2.09 latest , it should fix the problem with the previous version 2.08 , but thats fake cause nothing changed also , if u have got experienced you can help me , if that wont make u a lil busy :)

i live in egypt and i've got this lap from canada so its very complicated :D
