hey guys, i dont know if someone have already post this problem

when my speaker has been idle for some times, when i want to hear any sound from my G73SW, it unleash weird sound like small explode sound "DUK!"

the sound is like, when active speaker is being turn on. hmm.. it seems speaker is turn off when my G73SW didn't produce any sound. and then turn on again, and produce that weird sound.

anybody experience this in G73SW?? im using realtek 2.48 xfi mod driver

I have the same thing, even after a replacement, and I asked a friend if he gets it too, even though he has a SW-BST6, and sure enough, he does too.

It's definitely a hardware issue(no matter the driver, have tried 6 different drivers now), but I've yet to figure out a way around it. It seems the wifi could be part of the cause though. When my wifi is in lots of use, I get crazy poping and cracking if audio is playing. My guess is the audio chip just isnt sheilded properly in the SW units as I never experienced this problem in the JH, and havent really seen anyone complain that has a JW.
