    Hi,
    I thought my laptop was in perfect condition when i purchase it and turned it on first time.
    then a bunch of problems started to show , because I am in a far distance to Return the laptop to the seller I did the fixes 1 by 1 the next is the list of the problems that i encouter in my G73JH and what is fixed and what is not:

    1- Bios update = Fixed to 213
    2- Vbios = Fixed updated to v93
    3- bloatware = Fixed by removing the unnecessary aplications
    4- touchpad = Fixed by foil tape removal
    5- Screen colors = Fixed by using wide Gamut profile
    6- Random USB lockup = Not Fixed didnt find solution.
    7- Black screen lockup = not fixed show when device go to sleep.
    8- Windows freez = Not fixed sometimes and have to hard reset.

    luckily I dont have any thermal problems since day 1 but still trying to find solutions fot the non fixed problems.
    I hope that can someone help on this.
