it seems a particular problem that I have not found in other threads. in my F3F there are two ways to turn the wireless off, via hard switch and with hot function key. Every time I reboot the system or come back from hibernation the LED turns-off but the wireless still works. Also, the main problem, is that I have to reboot the machine because after a while, I am not sure if it is time or a number of stand-by/hibernation, the wireless would't connect anymore, it just stays forever in "aquiring network address". I have an intel 3945 a/b/g, I updated the drivers but it seemed to me that the new drivers gave me more problems.
I just use windows wireless, and I have had the laptop for 6 months.

    can anyone help?

The trick for this one is to disconnect/turn the wireless off and then reconnect.

I'll try that, but it doesn't seem a long term solution and does anybody know why this happens? and why the latest drivers from intel suck?

Try going to command prompt and do a:

    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /flushdns
    ipconfig /renew

And see if that works. If it still doesn't, try a repair on the wireless signal.
