I recently upgraded my OS on the G1s from Vista Home Premium 32-bit (Stock) to Vista Ultimate 64-bit. Because of the change, I had to back up all my files and slowly reinstall everything back on my computer. I have almost returned the computer back to my old comfortable settings, but I have hit a few snags.

    1) The email button in the top right corner. I can't remember for the life of me how to change it so it uses outlook instead of windows mail. This one is bothering me as I have to check my email every 10 minutes (compulsive).

    2) This is very minor and just a cosmetic problem, but how do I make the light on the media center bar near the touch pad turn on? When I hit the power button to turn on media center (which I never use), the light used to turn on... and now it doesn't.

    3) Outlook. I backed up all my emails from before the change, but I can't seem to find the directory where outlook stores the emails. I just need to move this over to my new copy of outlook. While I could live without my old emails, it would be really nice to get them back.

    Any ideas?

    1) AFAI remember that button uses the default mail application on the system, which in my case is Moz Thunderbird. So if you set Outlook as the default mail app, things should work. Unless there are some bugs with Vista64... in which case you could take a look at ASUS Notebook keys (Info Booth link) -- but I'm not sure it works in 64bits.

As to the directory, isn't it somewhere under My Documents? That's where Windows usually puts user-related stuff. Otherwise have a look at the Application Data folder for the current user. The location should be in some help file/online docs, somewhere, though...
