I can't find any guides for reinstalling a new screen. I won't order the part until i can find one.
The problem is, the invertor for the screen doesnt just disconnect, it goes down into the UNKNOWN AREAthat will require me to take a lot more stuff apart then i'm comfortable with (atleast without a guide). Can someone help?
Or can someone tell me of a good repair store?

Can you post some pictures as more information is needed. Two days ago I and my friend replaced his broken LCD lamp in an old dell machine so screens can be repaired.

ClearSkies Well no, I'm still here..
Contact any of three resellers here - GenTechPC, Geared2Play (BTOTEch) or Paladin44 (PowerNotebooks).
All three offer OOWarranty repair services, as far as I'm aware. All three have stellar reputations around here.
