So my zenbook came preloaded with win8, and my profile has been suffering some errors here and there. For starters, I can't even download or update things from the store, or install Games For Windows Live. For every fix is another 3 errors.

I'd like to reinstall windows 8 with the "Remove Everything And Reinstall Windows" feature, but I'm afraid of something going terribly wrong and bricking my PC.

How can I go about reinstalling windows 8 with NO issues looming overhead?

Try a restore? If this doesn't help you could do a clean install.

To do this: Use a USB drive to copy the Windows 8 iso on (instead of using a DVD). I'm not sure if Windows will authenticate automatically so I would install Belarc Advisor to find the Windows 8 Product Key BEFORE doing the clean install. After that you can Boot your computer via the USB drive and install Windows using your Product Key if requested.

    Hope this helps,

You can also try making a new user account and see if the same problems can be recreated. If not, then migrate your data over to the new account and delete the old one.
