    Hello,

I currently have G50VT-a1 with a 9400 and a 9800GS. Will the g51vx-a1 with these specs be a worthy upgdare? how will the performance be compared to my current laptop?

    Specs:
    Intel Core 2 Quad Q9000 2.00GHz Processor

    · 6MB L2 Cache, 1066MHz FSB

    · 4GB DDR2 800MHz (2x2GB)

    · 640GB (Dual HD 320GBx2) 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive

    · 15.6" diagonal 1920 x 1080 Full HD Display

    · Integrated 2.0MP Webcamera

    · Nvidia GeForce GTX260M Graphics with 1GB GDDR3 VRAM

And, what is it with many people saying the G51 runs considerably hotter than the G50?

I need your advice on this, thanks very much.

It's not going to be much of a upgrade imo...
