    Hi,

Does Asus do 1 way or 2 way shipping for the accidental warranty?

I'm having the lid on my M50VM replaced and she (customer service) says it's only one way for accidental (them sending back) and 2 way for standard but I think she is trying to swindle me. It says 2 way overnight shipping all over their ads and my manuals...

If anyone can attest to having 2 way overnight shipping under accidental or point me towards a correct statement/document that mentions the 2 way overnight shipping in full, that would be great.

    Thanks

Accidental is generally a higher level of warranty anyway, why would you get LESS from it?
I wouldn't put up with that if all of your papers say two way.

Argh, no luck... they maintain that their accidental is a 'gift' to me, therefore I must pay to send it in. Given how much I paid I don't think it is...

but I'll drive it to their service center and make them ship it back :p
