This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     1.3 megapixel webcam, HOW do you get the 1.3mp?

    The only programs I've tried so far like yahoo messenger, webcam max etc out put at a max of 640x480.. how do I get the remaining 1000000 pixels?
    My mom's dell has a dell webcam software that can do it..

    Most of those webcams have 1.3 MP only for static photos, and have 0.3 MP (640x480) for video.
